Job Overview
The Specialist Dermatologist will provide expert care for a variety of dermatological conditions in a premium outpatient setting. You will work closely with other specialists and primary care providers in a collaborative environment, ensuring comprehensive and patient-centered services. The role offers flexibility, a balanced 5-day workweek, and the opportunity to practice within a well-established healthcare network.

Key Responsibilities

* Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions
* Perform minor dermatological procedures using advanced tools and techniques
* Maintain detailed records, treatment plans, and follow-up documentation
* Build and retain a loyal patient base through professional, ethical service
* Collaborate with internal teams and other medical specialists for case management
* Participate in clinic operations, marketing initiatives, and CME programs
* Ensure compliance with DHA clinical standards and best practices

Reporting & MIS

* Submit clinical documentation as per regulatory guidelines
* Participate in audits and quality reviews to improve service delivery

Governance & Standards

* Ensure adherence to patient confidentiality, safety standards, and hygiene protocols
* Follow HealthHub’s operational policies and clinical governance framework

Job Requirements

* DHA Specialist License or eligibility in Dermatology (mandatory)
* 5+ years of post-specialization experience in dermatology
* Fluency in Arabic preferred
* Proven clinical expertise and ability to manage a variety of skin conditions
* Experience in laser procedures, cosmetic dermatology, or outpatient dermatology services is a plus
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Patient-first mindset and team-oriented approach
