Stock Associate – Lifestyle Operations | Majid Al Futtaim – Dubai, UAERole Summary
The Stock Associate – Lifestyle Operations is responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring efficient receipt and storage of deliveries, and keeping the stockroom organized in line with Majid Al Futtaim’s operational standards. This role supports smooth store operations by ensuring timely replenishment, assisting with visual merchandising, and adhering to company stock management procedures.

What You’ll Do
Maintain the shop floor, stock rooms, offices, and other store areas in an organized condition.
Assemble products according to brand manuals and report any manufacturing defects.
Attach barcodes to products in compliance with company and brand guidelines.
Check incoming stock from warehouse/stores, reporting discrepancies or defects
to the manager.
Monitor the stockroom daily and ensure items are replenished on the shop floor as directed.
Assist with promotional events, mid-season sales, and end-of-season sales.
Label and store damaged stock in designated areas.
Ideal Profile
High school certificate.
1–2 years of experience in a similar retail or stock management role.
Fluent English communication skills.
Knowledge of RFID systems is an advantage.
