Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is hiring a Stock Associate in Dubai, UAE to support efficient retail operations through accurate stock handling, delivery processing, replenishment, and stockroom organization. The role helps maintain required inventory levels while ensuring internal stock procedures and operational standards are consistently followed.
The Stock Associate will work closely with store management and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure merchandise is received, prepared, labeled, stored, and replenished correctly. The position requires practical knowledge of RFID systems, attention to stock accuracy, and the ability to support promotional and seasonal retail activities.

Stockroom and Inventory Operations
* Maintain stock levels according to operational and business requirements.
* Receive and check stock transferred from warehouses or other stores in accordance with company guidelines.
* Identify and report stock discrepancies or product defects to the manager.
* Maintain a clear, organized, and operationally efficient stockroom.
* Regularly review stockroom inventory and identify merchandise that has not been displayed on the shop floor.
* Report undisplayed stock to the Visual Merchandising and management teams.
* Maintain required internal stock systems and processes.
* Use RFID systems as required for inventory-related activities.
Product Handling and Store Support
* Support the setup and maintenance of the shop floor, offices, stockrooms, and other store areas.
* Assemble products according to brand instruction manuals.
* Identify and report manufacturing defects.
* Attach barcodes to products in accordance with company and brand guidelines.
* Handle merchandise carefully to minimize stock damage and maintain product condition.
* Label damaged stock and move it to the designated area in accordance with store procedures.
Replenishment and Retail Activities
* Conduct daily floor walks to identify replenishment requirements.
* Replenish shop-floor stock according to Visual Merchandising and operational direction.
* Coordinate with relevant store teams to maintain appropriate merchandise availability.
* Support promotional activities and other store requirements as directed by management.
* Assist with mid-season and end-of-season sales activities.
* Help maintain orderly merchandise flow between the stockroom and sales floor.
Requirements
* High School Certificate.
* 1-2 years of industry experience.
* Excellent to fluent English language skills.
* Knowledge of RFID systems.
* Ability to follow stock handling and operational procedures accurately.
* Ability to identify stock discrepancies, damaged merchandise, and manufacturing defects.
* Strong attention to stock organization and product handling.
