Role Summary
We are hiring a Store Manager to lead retail operations for one of Apparel Group’s top-performing fashion brands in Dubai. This full-time role requires a results-driven leader with experience in fashion retail, team management, and customer satisfaction. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving KPIs, overseeing store operations, leading a sales team, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience aligned with Apparel Group standards.

What You’ll Do
* Lead daily retail store operations, including team scheduling, inventory control, and financial tracking
* Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of store KPIs and sales targets
* Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure stock replenishment, and oversee store cleanliness
* Conduct regular audits of financial and stock records to ensure compliance and accuracy
* Develop action plans to address performance gaps and improve overall store performance
* Hire, train, and mentor staff to support professional growth and ensure service excellence
* Communicate with mall management and backend office teams to align on store activities
* Handle escalated customer service inquiries to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
* Oversee compliance with safety and loss prevention policies
* Monitor store expenses and manage budgets effectively
Ideal Profile
* 5+ years of experience in fashion or lifestyle retail, including team leadership and store management
* Proven track record in achieving sales KPIs and driving customer engagement
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Experience in stock audits, staff performance reviews, and operational reporting
* Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field preferred
