About the Role
Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of its retail store in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and developing store teams, maintaining brand integrity, ensuring operational compliance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive profitability while upholding the company\'s vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service are consistently delivered by the store team.
- Develop innovative strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Monitor stock levels, track best sellers, and analyze sales trends to optimize inventory and boost sales.
- Maintain full compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards related to finance, security, and personnel management.
- Coach, train, and mentor store staff to improve product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety, Security, and Compliance policies, addressing any concerns with the relevant teams.
- Oversee in-store operations including cash handling, stockroom organization, and inventory management.
- Provide analytical feedback to Operations, Buying, and Planning teams regarding product performance, pricing, and competitive market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of retail industry experience in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of maximizing business performance and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of customer segments and the ability to align store strategies with consumer behavior.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage teams and operations effectively.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
