The Store Manager – Lifestyle Operations is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, managing daily store operations, and developing the store team to maximize profitability and maintain brand standards. This role ensures operational compliance, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and deputizes for the Store Manager during their absence.

What You’ll Do
Lead the team in delivering excellent customer service in line with company standards, understanding individual customer needs, and staying updated on current trends.
Ensure all customer complaints are addressed promptly, professionally, and escalated when necessary.
Drive sales performance and identify opportunities to exceed KPI targets.
Manage and execute sales promotions and brand activities, coordinating with relevant teams for maximum impact.
Ensure smooth store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, resolving issues quickly.
Maintain compliance with company policies to minimize stock loss and damage.
Coordinate with the Excellence and Compliance team to prepare and conduct stock counts as per company policy.
Ideal Profile
Diploma or high school certificate; additional retail qualifications are an advantage.
4–5 years of retail industry experience.
Excellent or fluent English communication skills.
Strong team player with proven leadership abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
