About the Role
Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Store Manager to lead the store operations, drive sales performance, and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining the brand image and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, increase foot traffic, and enhance store profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, tracking stock levels, best-sellers, and slow-moving items to optimize inventory and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines, including financial transactions, personnel practices, security, and compliance.
- Coach, train, and mentor store teams to enhance product knowledge and retail expertise, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Plan and oversee in-store processes, including cash handling, stockroom management, and inventory audits.
- Work closely with the Operations, Buying, and Planning teams to provide valuable market insights on products, pricing, and competition.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety, Security, and regulatory policies, addressing any concerns promptly.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in the retail industry, with a proven managerial background.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business performance and achieve sales targets.
- Strong understanding of customer segments and consumer behavior, with the ability to tailor store strategies accordingly.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to delegate and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance, product movement, and market trends.
