Role Context
The Store Manager leads end-to-end retail operations, ensuring smooth store functionality, strong revenue performance, and high customer satisfaction. This role is critical in aligning daily store activities with business targets while maintaining operational standards and driving team productivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily store operations including staffing, inventory control, and customer service execution
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and improve store performance
* Monitor sales trends, analyze performance data, and identify growth opportunities
* Recruit, train, and supervise store employees while building a motivated team culture
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
* Minimum 7 years of retail experience including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
