* Implement supermarket strategies, policies, and operating plans in alignment with Majid Al Futtaim Retail objectives.
* Monitor sales, profitability, margins, transactions, and other operational performance indicators.
* Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve overall commercial performance.
* Develop and implement action plans in response to performance trends and business requirements.
* Optimize operating costs while protecting customer service and store standards.
* Support achievement of turnover, net profit, margin, and transaction growth objectives.
Merchandise and Inventory Control
* Maintain effective merchandise and inventory management across the supermarket.
* Ensure appropriate stock availability to support customer demand.
* Monitor pricing consistency and product availability.
* Reduce waste and minimize shrinkage through effective operational controls.
* Partner with Merchandising and Department Heads to maintain attractive product displays.
* Coordinate efficient replenishment and timely merchandise deliveries.
* Maintain appropriate standards for stock quality and presentation.
Customer Experience and Store Standards
* Maintain high standards of customer service throughout supermarket operations.
* Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas requiring improvement.
