About the Role
We are seeking a Store Manager to lead and oversee daily store operations in Doha, Qatar, ensuring sales targets, customer satisfaction, and brand excellence are achieved. This role requires a proactive and strategic leader who can drive sales, manage and develop store teams, and enhance the overall shopping experience while maintaining operational compliance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service are consistently delivered by the store team.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract new customers, increase foot traffic, and boost profitability.
- Track brand performance, monitor stock levels, and manage inventory to optimize sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security, and operational procedures, including cash handling and record-keeping.
- Coach, mentor, and train the store team to enhance customer service, product knowledge, and retail expertise.
- Oversee all store operations, including cash intake, stockroom management, and stock-take administration.
- Provide data-driven insights and feedback to the Operations, Buying, and Planning departments regarding product selection, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure all Health & Safety, Security, and Compliance policies are followed and address any concerns proactively.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of industry experience with a proven managerial background.
- Strong track record of driving business performance and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of customer segments and ability to implement strategies that enhance customer experience.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, ensuring high levels of engagement and motivation.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and operational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Experience in retail operations, stock management, and sales performance tracking.
