Store Operations Associate – Dubai, UAE

Position Overview
Store Operations Associate – Dubai, UAE will support the operations team with reporting, sales data management, staff records, and store administration tasks. The role covers stock control, supplier coordination, cash office responsibilities, and general administrative support to ensure smooth retail operations and accurate reporting.

What You’ll Do

* Provide accurate MIS reports and sales data to senior admin staff for decision-making
* Maintain staff information and liaise with HR and regional operations teams
* Support routine stock accuracy checks and process invoices from suppliers and contractors
* Follow up with suppliers on outstanding invoices and coordinate settlements
* Handle daily cash office tasks including reconciliation, banking, petty cash, and credit card reporting
* Maintain accurate financial and operational records to support management decisions
* Assist in organizing induction training for new staff on store procedures
* Ensure accurate booking of stock receipts, transfers, and returns in the system
* Conduct periodic stock checks with the commercial team and process adjustments as needed
* Order stationery and support the general administrative needs of the store

Ideal Profile

* High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
* 2–5 years of experience in retail sales or store operations
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience beneficial
* Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities
* Customer-focused with attention to detail and results orientation
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
