Store Supervisor – Fashion Retail Operations Dubai
Role Summary
Apparel Group is hiring a Store Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in one of our Dubai retail locations. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and supporting retail staff. The ideal candidate will bring fashion retail experience, leadership skills, and strong attention to visual merchandising and stock control.

What You’ll Do
* Supervise store staff to ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
* Provide training, guidance, and daily briefings to the retail team
* Implement brand and company standard operating procedures across all operations
* Promote customer loyalty through the Club Apparel program to increase repeat sales
* Maintain product knowledge and ensure suggestive selling techniques are used by the team
* Monitor inventory levels and stockrooms to prevent losses and maximize availability
* Ensure VM (visual merchandising) standards are maintained consistently
* Audit store documentation and resolve any discrepancies in coordination with head office
* Manage team scheduling, leaves, and performance issues
* Stay updated on new product trends and fashion to meet customer expectations
* Maintain overall security and safety of the store environment
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands
* Strong team supervision and customer service skills
* Well-groomed appearance with up-to-date product and trend knowledge
* Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and merchandise handling
* Proactive communicator who can coordinate with area managers and operations teams
* Familiarity with loyalty programs and sales-driven retail environments
