Supply Chain Executive – Apparel Group – Dubai, UAE
Position Overview
Apparel Group Dubai is seeking an organized and proactive Supply Chain Executive to manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and product distribution. The role ensures timely and cost-efficient movement of goods while maintaining full compliance with UAE regulations and Dubai Municipality standards. Ideal for professionals experienced in the food, FMCG, or retail sectors, this position requires strong coordination skills and a detailed understanding of supply chain operations within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the full supply chain cycle, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities.
* Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment flow and timely delivery.
* Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, including product registration, labeling, and approvals.
* Prepare and review all necessary shipping and regulatory documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin.
* Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and track inbound and outbound stock movements.
* Resolve operational issues such as shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, or supplier noncompliance.
* Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure all imported products meet safety and quality requirements.
* Liaise with Dubai Municipality, Customs, and other regulatory authorities for approvals and shipment clearance.
* Monitor supply chain performance metrics such as delivery timelines, cost efficiency, and stock accuracy.
* Recommend improvements to streamline supply chain operations and reduce costs.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles within the UAE, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
* Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality systems, including Montaji, and familiarity with import/export regulations.
* Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and local regulatory bodies.
* Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
