Job Overview
As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company\'s tax function across the GCC, ensuring timely and accurate filings, reviewing complex transactions for correct tax treatment, and advising on tax policy. The role includes managing relationships with external advisors and ensuring compliance with all evolving tax regulations, including corporate tax and transfer pricing.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all tax compliance functions including VAT, corporate tax, and withholding tax
* Review the tax treatment of business transactions and advise internal teams accordingly
* Ensure accurate and timely submission of VAT, WHT, and Corporate Tax returns
* Finalize corporate tax computations and support audit readiness
* Coordinate with external advisors on structuring, transactions, and regulatory changes
* Oversee preparation and review of Transfer Pricing documentation (Master File and Local File)
* Monitor legislative changes and propose proactive tax strategies to management
* Support development and implementation of tax policies and procedures
* Ensure all statutory tax records are maintained accurately and are audit-compliant
* Support internal teams with tax queries, systems updates, and training
Job Requirements
* Chartered Accountant (mandatory)
* Postgraduate qualification in Finance or related field
* Minimum 8–10 years of experience in tax compliance and advisory, preferably in the GCC
* Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC tax regulations including VAT and corporate tax laws
* Experience in managing external tax advisory relationships
* Strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills
* Familiarity with ERP systems and tax compliance software
