Job Overview
The TCM and Sales Performance Analyst will support various sales, renewals, and trade cycle strategies through data interpretation, reporting, and project coordination. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including CRM, Finance, Automotive Brands, and Compliance—to ensure sales performance targets and customer retention goals are met across retail, fleet, rental, and leasing segments.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze trade cycle data, product penetrations, renewals, and customer equity
* Prepare reports on vehicle sales performance across B2C, B2B, rental, and leasing segments
* Provide insights to support the implementation of sales and TCM strategies
* Support digital initiatives and development of the Trade Cycle Management playbook
* Collaborate with brand, operations, finance, and CRM teams on joint initiatives
* Drive sales-related projects such as leasing growth, re-solicitation, and renewals
* Assist in structuring next-best-offer recommendations and customer engagement flows
* Develop and maintain performance scorecards and present trend analysis to senior management
* Identify process improvement areas in pricing, TCM execution, and sales workflows
* Ensure compliance and risk standards are integrated into TCM and renewal processes
Reporting & MIS
* Maintain performance dashboards and KPIs for sales teams and departments
* Ensure data consistency across reports and support regular business reviews
Governance & Standards
* Work with legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure strategy alignment with company policy
* Support standardization of reporting, performance metrics, and customer communication templates
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
* Minimum 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in automotive finance
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of CRM or BI tools is a plus
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
* Knowledge of customer renewals, TCM frameworks, or leasing models is preferred
