Job Overview
As a Team Leader, you will oversee kiosk-based telecom product sales including SIM cards, mobile plans, and accessories. You will guide the sales team, ensure adherence to compliance and telecom regulations, and support the team in hitting KPIs through coaching, strategy execution, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the performance of a kiosk sales team
* Train, mentor, and motivate staff to meet daily and monthly targets
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and immediate resolution of complaints
* Drive sales for telecom products and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
* Monitor and maintain kiosk inventory and ensure compliance with company and telecom guidelines
* Handle POS operations, track transactions, and maintain accurate records
* Submit sales reports and coordinate with internal departments including marketing and logistics
* Stay updated on telecom trends, product updates, and pricing
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred
* Minimum 3 years of sales experience in telecom or retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage frontline staff
* Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
* Familiarity with POS systems and CRM tools
* Ability to work in fast-paced retail environments and handle pressure
* Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
