Job Overview
As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be contacting potential or existing customers to promote products, provide accurate information, handle objections, and close sales over the phone. You will also maintain CRM records, prepare daily reports, and ensure a high standard of communication that leads to customer satisfaction and product understanding.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers using approved scripts
* Clearly explain product features and promote sales based on customer needs
* Handle inquiries and resolve objections to successfully close the sale
* Update customer records and call notes accurately in the CRM system
* Ensure complete and correct product delivery with minimal post-sale issues
* Prepare and submit daily MIS reports including call logs and sales status
* Meet or exceed daily call and sales targets set by the department
* Offer relevant products to the right customer segments to ensure a high success ratio
Job Requirements
* Minimum 6 months of telesales experience, preferably in outbound calling or financial product sales
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Prior knowledge of banking or credit card products is an advantage
* Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills
* Ability to meet call targets and work under pressure
* Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
