Job Overview
The Telecom Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving individual sales targets, promoting telecom services, and assisting customers with product-related inquiries. This position requires a self-driven individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills, capable of indoor retail sales and outdoor lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for telecom products including SIM cards, data plans, and business connections
* Promote telecom offerings in malls, government entities, and indoor kiosks to walk-in customers and potential clients
* Provide detailed product knowledge and assist customers in choosing the right plan based on their needs
* Maintain updated product displays, pricing placards, and merchandising standards in the assigned area
* Ensure accurate customer information is captured for sales processing and documentation
* Contribute to team targets and support fellow sales staff to drive overall performance
* Stay informed about market competition, telecom trends, and customer demands
Requirements
Education
* Graduation, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
Experience
* 1 to 2 years of retail or telecom sales experience
* Background in SIM card, data plan, or fiber service sales preferred
Skills & Abilities
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Ability to influence and negotiate with customers
* Commercial awareness and interest in telecom trends
Preferred
* Experience in GSM product sales (postpaid, fiber, B2B services)
* Valid UAE driving license is a plus
