- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards while carrying out job responsibilities.
- Identify and report any operational risks or service gaps to management.

Required Skills and Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment.
- Prior experience in retail and knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
