Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is seeking a Visual Merchandiser Associate to create captivating in-store displays that enhance customer experience and drive sales. This role involves executing seasonal floor plans, managing store aesthetics, and ensuring an appealing visual presentation of furniture and home décor products. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, knowledge of consumer trends, and the ability to coordinate with various teams to implement merchandising strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute creative window displays, product placements, props, and floor designs to engage customers.
- Implement seasonal floor plans, new product launches, and store layout changes.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to manage production and installation timelines.
- Maintain brand standards while ensuring cost-effective visual merchandising strategies.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in visual merchandising and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, logistics, and store teams to enhance visual appeal.
- Implement store signage programs according to commercial guidelines.
Requirements
- High school certificate or diploma in a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- 1-3 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or fine arts.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
