Key Responsibilities
* Execute mannequin styling in line with brand guidelines, VP directives, and current fashion trends to create visually appealing displays.
* Implement new seasonal visual merchandising concepts and update store layouts efficiently according to visual planning (VP) standards.
* Design wall and table displays to enhance product visibility and storytelling in line with brand themes.
* Maintain strong product knowledge on seasonal key looks, bestsellers, and new arrivals to optimize display relevance.
* Manage visual merchandising assets including mannequins, POP materials, props, and campaign visuals before and after promotional events.
* Ensure consistent execution of all VM processes and best practices across the assigned stores.
* Support back-of-house (BOH) organization to facilitate smooth replenishment and floor readiness.
* Analyze store performance and make VM decisions based on business priorities and sales data.
* Prepare photo reports and documentation for seasonal updates, maintaining visual records and reports for future reference.
* Coordinate with marketing teams to implement seasonal campaigns, wardrobe updates, and in-store visual enhancements.
* Manage marketing materials, props, and costs efficiently while maintaining alignment with brand standards.
* Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to ensure effective campaign rollout and execution.
Ideal Profile
* High school diploma or vocational training in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or Retail Management.
* 1–3 years of experience in visual merchandising within a retail or fashion environment.
* Strong creativity and eye for detail, with understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a customer-focused mindset.
* Ability to plan, organize, and execute visual updates under tight deadlines.
* Basic understanding of marketing principles and retail operations.
* Familiarity with photography and reporting tools for visual documentation is a plus.
