Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Group is seeking an experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our retail team in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the M&S brand image within the store, ensuring visual consistency that inspires customers and enhances their shopping experience. You will collaborate with store colleagues and the Regional Visual Merchandiser to deliver creative displays, seasonal launches, and marketing initiatives that align with our brand vision and commercial objectives.

Core Duties

* Accurately implement all company visual merchandising policies across the store
* Maintain easy-to-shop store layouts and well-styled mannequins in line with brand guidelines
* Use appropriate styling techniques to enhance customer segmentation and experience
* Execute seasonal launches, events, and window displays on time and on brand
* Stay informed about store and company bestsellers, competitor activities, and visual trends
* Ensure VM checklists are maintained and adhered to consistently
* Coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure effective communication with store managers and the regional VM team

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in visual merchandising, retail, sales, marketing, or related field
* 2–5 years of experience in visual merchandising within retail environments
* Strong planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail
* Ability to handle complexity and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and creativity in visual presentation
