Core Duties

Brand Presentation and Visual Strategy

* Implement brand-specific visual merchandising standards for windows and in-store displays
* Arrange signage, fixtures, and merchandise in line with brand guidelines and promotional campaigns
* Develop creative lighting and layouts to highlight new arrivals and key product categories
* Maximize product placement for seasonal launches and trend updates

Store Layout and Display Management

* Create floor plans that align with category strategy and enhance the customer journey
* Regularly re-merchandise based on trends, inventory, and performance insights
* Capture photographic records of all visual changes for review and documentation
* Ensure accurate and attractive merchandising of all items on the shop floor

Team Training and Store Support

* Train and coach store staff on brand standards, display techniques, and seasonal updates
* Collaborate closely with the operations and sales teams to support commercial goals
* Support new store openings and visit locations to enforce visual consistency and brand presence
* Collect in-store feedback and continuously improve based on insights and customer behavior

Market Research and Brand Development

* Conduct trend research to stay ahead of evolving lifestyle and visual merchandising trends
* Share market findings and visual suggestions with brand and VM managers
* Contribute creative ideas to support promotions, campaigns, and key retail events

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Design, or a related field
* 2–4 years of visual merchandising experience in fashion, lifestyle, or retail environments
* Strong understanding of store layout, color coordination, and styling principles
* Photography and lighting knowledge for capturing merchandising displays
* Hands-on experience with seasonal display changeovers, promotional setups, and floor planning
* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams
