Visual Merchandiser - Retail Operations

Key Responsibilities
* Execute and uphold brand-specific visual merchandising standards in both window and in-store displays
* Develop impactful floor plans and layouts that align with product categories and brand strategy
* Create display concepts using creative lighting, signage, and merchandising elements to maximize sales
* Coordinate timely product placements and manage product rotations based on trends and new arrivals
* Capture visual documentation of all display changes and ensure consistency across locations
* Work collaboratively with VM Managers and store teams to drive commercial goals
* Assist in pre-opening visual setups and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
* Conduct lifestyle and trend research to inform display strategies and seasonal layouts
* Provide training to store staff on merchandising standards and display maintenance
Job Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising within the retail sector
* Strong creative and spatial planning skills with a keen eye for detail
* Experience in developing floor plans, executing planograms, and window dressing
* Ability to work independently across multiple stores while coordinating with the brand and operations teams
* Excellent time management, communication, and presentation abilities
* Strong understanding of current market trends, retail customer behavior, and branding
