Job Overview
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative visual concepts that enhance in-store aesthetics and maximize commercial impact. You will support the store team through layout planning, merchandising execution, training, and seasonal campaign rollouts to drive footfall and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute creative in-store and window displays in line with brand guidelines
* Ensure all stores maintain consistent visual presentation that reflects the brand identity
* Create detailed floor plans, layouts, and signage placement to optimize product visibility
* Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques and display maintenance
* Collaborate with operations and brand teams to align merchandising with sales objectives
* Take photographs and maintain visual records of display changes for auditing and feedback
* Plan and implement product placement during new launches and seasonal transitions
* Conduct market research on trends and competitor strategies for continuous improvement
* Participate in pre-opening setups to ensure brand standards are applied from day one
* Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, neatly arranged, and attractively presented at all times

Job Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Design, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail
* Strong eye for design, layout, and attention to detail
* Proficient in creating planograms and using design tools/software
* Good communication and collaboration skills to train and coordinate with store teams
* Flexible with travel across retail locations and working outside regular hours during store setups
