Role Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor – Apparel Group Dubai will oversee inbound and outbound operations at the distribution center, ensuring timely order fulfillment for retail and online channels. The role involves supervising shift planning, monitoring KPIs, managing inventory accuracy, and coordinating with logistics and store teams to maintain seamless operations.

What You’ll Do
* Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations for inbound and outbound activities
* Ensure timely fulfillment of retail store and e-commerce orders
* Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct stock counts, and resolve discrepancies
* Plan shifts, allocate labor, and assign tasks to team members effectively
* Ensure adherence to SOPs, productivity standards, and operational KPIs
* Operate and oversee warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and manage inventory
* Analyze KPIs and identify areas for operational improvements
* Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to ensure on-time dispatches
* Liaise with store teams, vendors, and customer service for order-related resolutions
* Manage stock transfers between warehouses and store locations as needed
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
* 3–5 years of experience in warehouse supervision within retail or distribution
* Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, WMS systems, and inventory management
* Ability to lead teams, plan shifts, and achieve productivity targets
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Experience in coordinating logistics and supply chain operations
* Flexible to work shifts and meet operational demands
