The Watch Technician plays a critical role in supporting luxury retail operations by ensuring accurate repair, maintenance, and technical evaluation of watches and clocks. Key Responsibilities
* Perform professional repair and maintenance of watches and clocks with precision
* Diagnose technical faults and provide accurate repair assessments
* Prepare technical estimates regarding authenticity and reparability of timepieces
* Conduct and monitor quality control checks to ensure repair standards are maintained
* Manage repair documentation, technical records, and service follow-up processes

Ideal Profile
* Completed 10th Standard education or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a watch technician or service technician
* Strong technical knowledge of watch and clock repair processes
* Experience within the watch service or luxury retail service industry preferred
* Good attention to detail and precision-focused work approach
* Strong customer interaction and service mindset
* Ability to manage multiple repair assignments efficiently
