Jumeirah Group is hiring an Associate Director of Sales to join its Global Sales team in Dubai, UAE. This role focuses on driving international sales initiatives, strengthening Jumeirah’s market presence, and building high-value partnerships across global markets. The position requires leadership, commercial acumen, and expertise in luxury hospitality sales to deliver revenue growth and long-term business success.

Core Duties
* Lead the execution of global sales strategies to drive growth across international markets
* Inspire and develop the sales team to deliver creative solutions and competitive positioning

* Oversee performance of the sales function, ensuring collaboration and accountability to exceed revenue targets
* Represent Jumeirah at trade shows, global events, and roadshows to strengthen brand visibility
* Cultivate and maintain high-value client and partner relationships to secure long-term business opportunities
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field; MBA preferred
* 8–10 years of sales experience in luxury hospitality with international market exposure
* Strong knowledge of hotel operations and leisure segments across multiple markets
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital presentation tools
* Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills
* Fluent in English, with additional languages considered an advantage
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments with strong commercial focus
