Beauty Advisor – Dubai, UAE will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, recommending beauty products, and driving sales through personalized consultations. What You’ll Do
* Recommend suitable products while highlighting features, advantages, and benefits
* Assist customers in locating, selecting, and purchasing desired items
* Apply upselling, cross-selling, and suggestive selling techniques to increase transaction value
* Monitor stock availability and safeguard merchandise against theft or damage
* Track product shelf life and update reports regularly
* Replenish display products, ensuring accurate pricing and labeling
* Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas, following customer service standards
* Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints within company guidelines
* Set up store promotions with marketing materials for effective communication
* Monitor price changes weekly and update displays according to planograms
Ideal Profile
* High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred but not essential
* 2–4 years of retail experience, ideally in beauty or fashion
* Strong knowledge of the beauty and fashion industry, including trends and retail operations
* Skilled in customer service, sales techniques, and basic computer applications
* Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities
* Customer-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player with integrity and adaptability
