Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers and guide them in selecting the right products
* Convert browsing shoppers into paying customers through exceptional service
* Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty
* Deliver customer service using the GUEST approach: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank
* Stay updated on product knowledge across all group brands to support suggestive selling
* Maintain a polished and professional appearance and attitude
* Be flexible and available for extended hours during peak sales seasons
* Ensure stock is displayed as per store layout standards and VM guidelines
* Record inward and outward inventory accurately, support stock replenishment
* Operate the POS system efficiently for billing and transactions
* Reconcile cash tills at shift opening and closing
* Handle refunds, receipts, and payment processing accurately and securely
* Maintain strong store security awareness and follow SOPs and loss prevention policies
* Uphold confidentiality of sales and store data at all times

Requirements

* Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
* Good communication skills with a presentable demeanor
* Ability to lift stock and stand for extended hours
* Knowledge of basic POS functions and cash handling procedures
* Willingness to work varied shifts and overtime during busy periods
