1.Customer Interaction:
-Approach, greet, and assist customers entering the showroom in alignment with the company brand image.
-Conduct an in-depth needs analysis to assist customers in selecting suitable products.
-Explain vehicle performance, product details, features, and benefits following the sales process.
-Offer and accompany customers on test drives in accordance with the test drive process.
2.Sales Process:
-Ensure the smooth completion of sales contracts and associated documentation.
-Promote and upsell products and services to customers.
-Introduce finance and insurance (F&I) products during the sales process and support the implementation of F&I campaigns.
-Ensure the F&I department receives sufficient customer information for a seamless handover.
-Complete relevant paperwork, car registration, and insurance documentation in line with the company policies.
3.Vehicle Handover:
-Organize the handover of vehicles in accordance with the agreed policy.
-Handle customer complaints tactfully and promptly, escalating difficult cases to the Supervisor/Sales Manager as necessary.
