What you will do
Achieve/exceed monthly/annual sales targets while maximizing the profitability of the business by focusing on both net sales and gross margin earnings. This includes utilizing discounts as a tool to close deals
Contact prospective customers and assigned accounts within the designated territory
Conduct regular customer/field visits to assess business requirements and maintain healthy relationships to ensure top customer satisfaction levels
Qualify customers by understanding their requirements and interests; matching these to various models
Demonstrate trucks by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features, offering test drives, and explaining warranties and services
Write sales orders, secure deposits, and process paperwork in accordance with established business policies
Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Attend all sales meetings and modular training sessions, refresher courses that introduce new products, and inform the Sales Manager/Branch Manager if additional training is required
Provide sales management information by completing reports
Ensure monthly overdues are not more than the agreed target
Required skills to be successful
3+ years of experience in a Commercial Vehicle sales role at a dealership
Mandatory experience in Medium & Heavy Duty Trucks Sales in UAE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Very strong computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Office products
