Sales Engineer - Northern Emirates

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of fire safety solutions
- Prepare and deliver customized technical proposals and quotations to meet customer requirements
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process, ensuring they select the best solutions for their needs
- Assist in the development of strategic sales plans, goals, and market expansion initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, consultants, and industry partners to drive business growth
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential clients within the Northern Emirates market
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and project management, to ensure seamless project execution
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in fire safety and engineering technologies

Required Skills and Experience

Education & Certifications

- Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Certification in fire protection systems or safety engineering is an advantage

Experience

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in fire safety, security, or manufacturing sectors
- Proven track record of successfully managing sales processes and closing deals in a technical environment

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, safety solutions, and industry regulations
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills for client interactions
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software for business development
