Overview of the role:
To achieve sales targets on units (new & CPOV – Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle) and maximize the uptake of Finance and Insurance (F&I) products, trade-ins, and accessory sales while maintaining expected standards on Net Promoter Score (NPS) throughout the customer journey.
What you will do:
Achieve monthly unit sale targets by taking the customer on a structured “one offer” journey
Achieve the set Trade-ins
Achieve monthly Finance and Insurance (F&I) product sales targets
Promote effective referrals to Showroom Managers to ensure 100% second facing for enhancing the Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Lead management (Telephone/Web/Walk-in enquiries)
Capture customer data (test drive, ID, email address, etc.)
Achieve 100% of the mandatory required training as per Al Futtaim and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) requirements
Ensure knowledge of competition activities to be able to counter customer arguments
Required skills to be successful:
Experience working within the automotive Retail & SME industry often have to work extended hours most evenings and weekends to achieve their targets
Understanding and experience with Microsoft Office applications, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong negotiation skills, with evident ability to influence customer choices
Upselling skills and ability to create value from new products
Written and spoken Arabic & English is a must
