Responsible for service delivery and revenue of service center by effectively managing all aspects of
Service center like assisting customers visiting the service center , sales, and customer experience.
Job Description:
1 Assisting the customers visiting the service center regarding repair enquiry
2 Basic technical checks while accepting customers device for service & delivering customers device
3 Upsell screen protectors, Microsoft office, gift cards and accessories to customers
4 Installation of Microsoft office, antivirus to customers & data transfer
5 Educate and sell myTechbench service to customers
6 Manage non-technical activity of the service center e.g. device arrangement , billing & payments
7 Maintain the place clean and tidy
8 Provide customer experience which leads to good C-sat score
Requirements
Experience (Yrs& Field) : 1-2 years’ experience in retail sales of any industry
Educational
Qualification : 12th Grade onwards
