Sales Executive - Etisalat B2B Hunting Sales – Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE

Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Executive for Etisalat B2B hunting sales in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The Sales Executive will focus on generating new business through outdoor sales activities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets with tailored solutions for business customers.

What You’ll Do

* Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits

* Understand client needs and present tailored Etisalat products and services
* Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
* Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
* Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals effectively
* Keep accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM
* Submit regular sales performance and market feedback reports to management

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
* 1–3 years of experience in outdoor or B2B sales
* Background in selling GSM connections including Postpaid, Fiber, and Business On
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across UAE
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
* Ability to perform in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
