Monthly Forecast planning for all segments in line with the provided numbers from Sales and Projects dept.
SOP (Sales and Operation) Meeting preparation and updates on weekly basis.
Daily follow up with all concern dept. to ensure the forecast provided will be met monthly basis
Daily update with Project team to obtain the completion date scheduled in the production portal & update the correspondent team.
Managing the priority in the forecast based on the Customer's request & Incoterm of the orders.
Follow up to get the promised delivery date in coordination with the customer's request as well as the production completion date.
Follow up the Monthly Closing invoicing report Vs. the forecasted numbers within the month and ensure they are matching as much as it is possible.
Mange the Order Entry team & provide daily priority to meet our forecast.
Follow appropriate procedures ensuring accurate order entry and order fulfillment.
Updating the team on regular basis with clear information related to the pending orders.
Facilitate inventory availability check and order entry process.
Manage the incoming orders results/report and share the result/report with the management for approval.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain
Experience in outbound logistics
Experience in Warehousing
Knowledge of Microsoft office / ERP (EXCEL & ERP)
Preferably past work experience with Third Party Logistics Companies
