Sales Support
What can you expect?
As a Sales Support Analyst, you will be supporting the Commercial team across all aspects of the proposing process. This includes attending and logging in meetings, preparing and participating in presentations led by senior-level colleagues for varying types of accounts to gain exposure and insight as to market best practices and providing support during the contracting process.
? Develop a deep understanding of the business service offerings and products and apply it to market researc client search and proposals
? Work with colleagues on routine aspects of the proposal and contracting process in various industries or regions to gain practical knowledge and experience.
? Conduct routine research on market trends or developments and existing business to assist in analyzing opportunities and identifying and evaluating additional client or market needs.
? Develop an in depth understanding of the market and follow trends in order to understand and identify opportunities for engagement or business development.

As a Sales Support Analyst, you will be under close supervision, drafting due diligence reports and presentations which may include qualitative and quantitative market or product findings including basic financial analyses to assist senior colleagues with live or potential deal work.
? Present findings regarding product work or market research to internal senior-level colleagues to be utilized for sales work and pitch presentations.
? Belong to various professional organizations and grow a large professional network.
? Extensive understanding of the commercial impact of different consulting projects
? Exposure to diverse projects and clients across all industries in UAE
What you need to have:
? Bachelor?s degree in any relevant field
? Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
? 1 year of experience in the Talent assessment and Talent Development industry.
? Spoken and Written Proficiency in English is a must, and Arabic Language is a plus
? Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams
