We are looking for a Sr. Analyst - Sales Performance to join our team and be part of our growth. If you're an analytical salesperson hungry for a new adventure, a multinational workplace is waiting for you.

Responsibilities:

Working with the tech team to prepare, conceptualize and execute performance management reports for the sales team

Sending daily achievement vs target reports to the entire UAE sales team

Responsible for setting up weekly calls with the City heads to review performance of the teams and create a turnaround plan with feedback from city heads to radically improve on lagging performance

Creating, conceptualizing and drafting SOPs for critical processes in sales functions in order to drive performance and improve efficiency across functions.

Working with cross functional departments to ensure SOP compliance and improve SOP based on review and feedback with the sales team.

Responsible for preparing data and analysis on monthly performance review with the sales team.


What you need to be successful

Bachelor's degree in business analytics or a relevant field.

4+ years experience in managing the performance of the sales team

Proficient knowledge of working on Tableau, looker, Google Data Studio, Qualtrics

Excellent MS Office skills, google sheet, Google Slides, visual basic

Should have an analytical mind set with a data interpretation approach to analyze and interpret data

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders

Show a capability to create a strong business and technical vision and drive a team towards that vision

Strategic planning, constant improvement mindset.

Analysis on team performance, earnings, P&L impact and overall bonus framework complete with dashboarding & visualization

In depth, regular reporting of all performance metrics being tracked
