Key Responsibilities
- Conduct safety walk-throughs and Peer-To-Peer observations at the required frequency
- Assist in updating and communicating changes to safety policies and procedures
- Develop, document, and enforce safety procedures to ensure workplace compliance
- Review and analyze safety data across multiple operational phases
- Lead safety risk assessment initiatives and monitor workplace hazards
- Evaluate and interpret safety reports for effective risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to enhance workplace safety
- Facilitate training programs to promote safety awareness and best practices among employees
Required Skills and Experience
- 15 to 25 years of experience in safety engineering, occupational health, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in safety risk management
- Strong knowledge of safety compliance regulations and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and analytical skills for reporting safety data
- Ability to develop, implement, and enforce safety management systems
- Proven track record of managing large-scale safety initiatives
