Job Overview
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing security team. Security Guards will be responsible for patrolling and ensuring the safety of premises, while Security Supervisors will lead operational oversight, manage incident response, and guide security teams to uphold company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform regular security patrols and monitor property to prevent unauthorized access

Respond quickly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies on-site

Report suspicious activities or safety risks to management promptly

Provide professional assistance to employees, visitors, and clients

Use security equipment, CCTV systems, and follow emergency protocols

Lead and supervise security staff (for Supervisor role)

Ensure team adherence to standard procedures and maintain detailed reports


Job Requirements / Job Expectations

Open to freshers for Security Guard roles

Minimum 2 years of experience required for Security Supervisor positions

Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

Familiarity with basic security equipment and emergency response

Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
