Role Context
The Service Coordinator - ELV AMC Operations will act as the communication and coordination hub for the AMC Services Team in Dubai. The role helps ensure that preventive maintenance, service requests, engineer deployment, subcontractor coordination, material readiness, documentation, and client updates are handled accurately and within agreed service levels. By keeping operations structured and traceable, the position supports service quality, customer confidence, and efficient execution of technical maintenance contracts.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate AMC service operations and support the smooth execution of planned and reactive maintenance activities.
* Schedule PPM activities according to the annual maintenance plan and ensure resources are aligned with site requirements.
* Receive, log, assign, and monitor service requests through the ManageEngine portal or approved service management systems.
* Coordinate deployment of engineers and technicians for service visits, emergency requests, PPM tasks, and casual jobs.
* Monitor daily service activities to reduce delays, support smooth execution, and minimize disruption to client operations.
* Act as the main contact point between clients, field teams, subcontractors, procurement, and operations teams for service-related communication.
* Track work progress, update service records, and follow up on closure of service requests within agreed SLA timelines.
* Maintain accurate documentation for work orders, service reports, job status updates, client records, and internal tracking.
* Prepare and manage ADMCC technical documentation in line with ADMCC guidelines and project requirements.
* Share timely updates with clients and internal teams to support customer satisfaction and transparent service progress.
* Escalate unresolved, delayed, or high-priority issues to the Service Manager for faster resolution.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and procurement engineers to ensure required materials are available for scheduled and urgent work.
* Support compliance with company service standards, safety protocols, quality expectations, and operational procedures.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate should have technical coordination experience within security, ELV, or engineering service operations. The role requires strong communication, scheduling discipline, documentation accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple service activities while keeping clients and field teams aligned.
* 3 years Diploma or B. Tech in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in security systems, ELV systems, AMC service coordination, or technical operations support.
* Experience with CCTV, access control systems, Wi-Fi, data, voice, and related low-current systems.
* Hands-on experience in service scheduling, work order tracking, engineer coordination, and client follow-up.
* Experience with ManageEngine or similar service request management portals is an advantage.
* Knowledge of ADMCC technical documentation and compliance guidelines is preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Office is required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good organizational ability with strong multitasking and follow-up skills.
