Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Provide accurate and complete information while maintaining high service quality.
- Identify and maximize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently by offering suitable solutions.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance.
- Participate in outbound calling campaigns and additional service-related projects.
- Process customer transactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Bilingual fluency: English (B2+ level) and Chinese speaker.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general PC applications.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Positive, proactive, and professional approach with strong telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts, five days a week on a rotational schedule.
