Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-qualify and coordinate with the sales controller to efficiently handle new leads.
- Follow up on existing cold and warm leads, maintaining consistent client engagement.
- Conduct cold calling and emailing for existing leads, assigning them to the CEM from the direct team.
- Engage in all CRM activities, staying updated on its features to maximize system benefits.
- Generate detailed reports as required for sales analysis and strategy.
- Liaise closely with marketing, finance, sales support, and operations to keep clients informed.
- Attend weekly sales meetings for strategic alignment and updates.
- Participate in key meetings and appraisals with the director of client relations.
- Undertake training and development activities as needed to enhance skills.
- Stay informed about changes or updates to laws and regulations relevant to the industry.
- Follow up on closed lost deals and pending payments to ensure client retention.
- Perform other assigned job-related duties as directed by management.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Full English proficiency is required.
- Intermediate computer literacy, including MS Office and CRM platforms.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and Outlook is essential.
- Exceptional email communication, interpersonal skills, and telephone etiquette.
- Previous experience working in diverse organizations with a multicultural environment.
- Proven experience in customer support and client engagement.
- Cold calling experience, with a target of more than 50 calls per day.
- Background in customer service and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of industry-related regulations and practices is a plus.
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs, including customer satisfaction metrics.
