Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is hiring an Alpine Race Trainer to join the Ski Academy team at the Snow Dome. The role is responsible for teaching and coaching freestyle skiing programs, supporting program planning, and ensuring the highest quality of instruction and customer service across all age groups.

What You’ll Do
* Plan and schedule freestyle skiing programs with clear objectives and progression paths
* Manage and support coaches across all age groups to ensure consistency in training and instruction
* Oversee direction, coordination, and execution of freestyle events and competitions
* Manage and maintain equipment budgets for freestyle programs
* Conduct private and group lessons from beginner to advanced levels, delivering excellent customer service
* Participate in instructor training and contribute to onboarding and development of new trainers
* Ensure guest safety and satisfaction throughout the entire lesson experience
Ideal Profile
* Certified ski instructor, ISIA qualification preferred
* Strong background in freestyle skiing instruction and coaching
* Customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
* Flexible in working hours to accommodate training schedules and events
* Energetic, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering high-quality coaching
