Mace is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale sports stadium and associated developments in Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing all stages of the project lifecycle, from inception to completion, while ensuring safety, quality, time, and cost objectives are consistently met.

What You’ll Do
* Lead the management of high-profile stadium projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
* Oversee project programmes, sequencing, and staging plans, highlighting risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
* Act as the primary client interface, managing expectations and ensuring full alignment with stakeholder objectives.
* Drive compliance with Mace’s Safety First standards, promoting health, safety, and wellbeing across all teams.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
* Support strategic business functions, including bidding, resourcing, commercial management, invoicing, and debt collection.
* Implement best practices, lessons learned, and digital solutions to improve project outcomes.
* Mentor senior managers and project teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Align delivery with sustainability and net-zero carbon objectives, applying innovative methods to reduce environmental impact.
Ideal Profile
* Degree-qualified in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in delivering large-scale stadium or sports infrastructure projects.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working at executive levels.
* Ability to manage multiple senior team members and large, complex programmes.
* Middle East experience and eligibility to meet Saudi visa and client approval requirements.
