Key Responsibilities

* Present Allocation Assist Middle East services clearly and professionally to potential candidates and healthcare industry contacts.
* Work toward ambitious sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism, resilience, and consistency.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, communications, candidate updates, and sales activity.
* Collaborate with internal recruitment and consulting teams to ensure smooth candidate handling and service delivery.
* Represent the company with confidence, strong communication, and a polished professional image.
* Keep a growth-focused mindset and continuously improve sales technique, market knowledge, and healthcare recruitment understanding.
Ideal Profile
* 2-5 years of sales or business development experience.
* Minimum 2 years of work experience in Dubai.
* Medical, healthcare, or healthcare recruitment background is required.
* Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Previous experience dealing with doctors or senior healthcare professionals is highly preferred.
* Strong written communication and professional verbal communication skills.
* Confident, presentable, highly motivated, and resilient personality.
* Non-smoker is required.
* Growth mindset with the drive to succeed in a performance-focused role.
* Ability to work full-time from the company office in JLT, Dubai.
