Lead the rollout and optimization of Oracle Banking Digital Experience across enterprise channels, integrating with core banking and API-led services for a top Dubai client.

Position Overview
The Oracle OBDX Technical Analyst will act as the techno-functional expert for OBDX, translating business requirements into scalable designs, coordinating deployments, and ensuring reliable integrations with core banking systems, country applications, and networks.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle OBDX and channel banking integrations
* Define end-to-end solution designs and deployment strategies aligned to enterprise standards
* Analyze infrastructure needs and plan environments for performance, security, and availability
* Lead cross-functional collaboration with product owners, designers, and engineering teams
* Drive API design, exposure, and governance using API Connect or similar platforms
* Oversee product design documentation, process optimization, and change control
* Execute full SDLC activities including analysis, testing, release, and support
* Monitor risks and issues, troubleshoot production defects, and implement improvements
* Ensure compliance with data integrity, security controls, and architectural guardrails
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or postgraduate equivalent
* 15 plus years in corporate channel banking implementation and digital transformation
* Hands-on Oracle OBDX experience with strong channel banking domain knowledge
* Proven background in BPM, documentation, and large-scale transformation programs
* Experience working with distributed teams across regions
* Strong communication skills with ability to interface with business and technical leads
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with structured delivery
* Working knowledge of exposing and managing APIs via API Connects or similar
