Emiratization - Senior Change Manager
The Group AI Office Senior Change Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption and integration of AI initiatives across Al-Futtaim Group. This role focuses on designing and executing change management strategies to ensure seamless AI implementation, stakeholder engagement, and organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic change management framework to support AI adoption across Al-Futtaim Group.
- Execute change management initiatives that drive employee engagement and operational transformation related to AI integration.
- Design and deliver engaging communication strategies to promote AI tools and initiatives across internal platforms.
- Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of AI-driven solutions.
- Assess organizational change readiness, identifying risks, resistance areas, and mitigation strategies to maximize AI integration.
- Lead structured training and coaching programs to support employees in adapting to AI-driven workflows.
- Monitor, analyze, and report AI adoption metrics, providing insights to leadership on implementation success and areas for improvement.
- Secure buy-in from executives, department heads, and corporate functions to align AI initiatives with the group’s strategic objectives.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Emiratization candidate with 10+ years of experience in change management, ideally within a technology-driven or AI-focused environment.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management, communication, and driving AI adoption across large organizations.
- Certified in Change Management (Prosci, CCMP) with a proven track record in managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience working within Agile environments, with the ability to assess change readiness and drive AI engagement strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and mitigate risks associated with organizational change.
