Excellence and Strategy Manager – Business Administration – Dubai, UAE will be responsible for developing departmental plans, supervising operations, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role emphasizes institutional excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, performance improvement, and strategic planning while applying quality management frameworks and recognized certifications.

What You’ll Do
* Manage the internal Institutional Excellence Award and drive a culture of excellence at all organizational levels
* Prepare and implement stakeholder satisfaction studies, analyze results, and guide departments on improvement actions
* Conduct benchmarking studies with government entities and industry peers to identify strengths and gaps
* Contribute to strategic plan preparation, ensure alignment with departmental objectives, and oversee operational plan implementation
* Monitor performance indicators, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to leadership
* Support budget preparation in coordination with relevant teams
* Contribute to recognition and reward systems tied to excellence awards
* Apply quality systems, process re-engineering, and performance improvement models
* Foster relationships with internal and external partners to enhance service delivery
* Develop training and motivational programs to strengthen service quality and staff engagement
* Establish principles and frameworks for operations management to improve efficiency and productivity
Ideal Profile
* PhD in Business Administration (no experience required), OR Master’s in Business Administration (3+ years), OR Bachelor’s in Business Administration (6+ years)
* Certified Manager in Quality and Institutional Excellence
* Certification in Strategy Management and Balanced Scorecard
* Certification in Organizational Leadership and Innovation Leadership
* Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
* Certified Branch Manager credential is preferred
* Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
* Experience in institutional excellence frameworks and strategy execution
* Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive performance improvement
